WEEKLY WARDROBE EDIT #9

After an extended summer heatwave here in Paris it now officially feels like autumn. In particular, the past couple of days have felt rather grim and rainy, which doesn’t exactly boost morale, especially when coupled with the new COVID-19 measures that were just announced yesterday - meaning no more indoor boxing classes for at least two weeks. Sniff. Luckily, there is a bright side to these colder temperatures and that comes in the form of fall fashion finds. As you may already know, I’m a big believer in a perfect-fitting pair of jeans combined with an oversized blazer, and there’s something quite exciting about this chilly, but not yet freezing weather that lends itself so well to layering. Think of all the potential outfit combinations from just a few key pieces! Hello capsule wardrobe.

I recently talked about digging out the knitwear that you already own (did you catch my article on caring for your clothes?) and now I want to offer you some new pieces that will easily slot into your autumnal wardrobe rotation. Below you will find a selection of my favourites (to save you time searching) in a few categories ranging from jeans to shoes, tops to trousers, and key items that will keep you both warm and stylish as the temperatures drop. Enjoy!
