Style Edit: the best linen pieces for late summer

When I think about my summer wardrobe, linen is top of mind. It’s a material synonymous with sweaty days, sandy beaches and balmy evenings spent watching the sun set over the horizon of the dazzling Mediterranean sea as it dances on the water, or behind terracotta rooftops of a quaint Provençal village. It’s light and airy, and the only thing you have to worry about when wearing it are the wrinkles, but when you’re on vacation or in the scorching heat, they are are likely to be far from your mind, as you sip a crisp cold glass of rosé.

This year, in just under three weeks, Victor and I are departing European shores and venturing further afield to Bali, Indonesia for holiday (I literally cannot wait and it’ll mark the first time in three years that I’m taking an international flight) and I will certainly be packing quite a few linen pieces, especially this shirt and short set from Arket, which is featured in the photos, plus a few dresses to keep cool in the heat that I can wear during the day and in the evening. So I thought I would create an edit of my favourite linen pieces in case you too are off on vacation soon or just in need of a few linen items to see you through to the end of summer.
