And just like that we’re almost in August and, somehow, we’re now at the peak of summer. For me this means a short getaway with a few girlfriends, lots of good food and even more good wine. Does anyone else feel like packing for a holiday and creating outfits is half of the fun? I’ve also enjoying seeing what my friends wear on a daily basis round the pool and on walks into the village where we’re staying.

When on holiday, I tend to oscillate between wanting to dress up, accessorise and even wear a heel now and then, and then on another day, all I want to do is live in a bikini. Today’s Weekly Wardrobe Edit gives you both options. I’ve picked a few bikinis and one pieces that can be mixed and matched to make a full outfit - wear the one-pieces with bodies and pair with shorts or a skirt and you can throw an oversized lined shirt over a bikini top and shorts et voila, you’re ready to stroll around a picturesque village.
