BAG BRANDS TO INVEST IN NOW

I have a thing for interesting bags. Perhaps I should, but I don't actually own a classic Chanel handbag for example. One day I'm sure I will invest in one, but I feel they're just a little too ubiquitous. Plus I'm not really a fan of big logos on handbags, I prefer subtle branding. My obssession started with my Simon Miller wooden handle bucket bag, which (because it is a more unusual design) has been copied by almost every high-street brand on the market. It was one of the best items I bought last year and I use it at least 2-3 times a week, but I constantly have my eye on new designs. There have a been a plethora of recent bag launches in the past 6 months, which I've been getting very excited about. One is London-based brand, Danse Lente ('slow dance' in French) - see the red and white bag in the photos. The designs are particularly unusually brilliant and I literally want all of them.

I'm keeping this post short and sweet as it's currently hot AF in Paris and honestly I'm struggling to find those creative juices today, so will let the photos do the talking. I actually photographed these images around a month ago in Place Dauphine (one of my favourite places in Paris), but travel and life got in the way recently and I just didn't have a chance to publish them. But I'm missing out on a few things this week to get my articles up! So here are my current favourite bag brands. What are yours?
